At the end of last year, FMT Ferro Technik received the INEO certificate as an outstanding training company.
This award by the Chamber of Commerce in Upper Austria is given to enterprises that have shown exemplary commitment in the training of their apprentices. FMT has scored with its high standard of training and is now looking forward to showing the INEO quality mark for the next three years.
I N E O stands for the German words for innovation, sustainability, commitment and orientation. It is these values that make up a dream training company.
Companies with the INEO label – through their innovative ways of working – facilitate integration into the company, behave responsibly and in a forward-looking manner towards all apprentices as well as offering them appropriate development opportunities and exemplary support.
As the training of our apprentices is one of our core values, we are all the more pleased to have received the certificate ‘Exemplary Training Company 2016-2019’.
